Our campsite is non-smoking, smoking is not permitted on our campsite, no cigarettes, no e-cigarettes. Charcoal barbecues are also not used.

Welcome to the website of Camping Le Font du Merle, a smoke-free campsite with 44 pitches in the Cévennes in southern France.

The campsite will open a little earlier than normal this year. We are open from February 22.

In a beautiful setting you can enjoy a great holiday! The campsite is close to a small river on the slope of a wooded hill. Feel free to view this website about this campsite, where smoking is not allowed on the entire site, appeals to you, please feel free to contact us. You're welcome!

Our campsite is a nice place in nature and at the same time not far from a village and towns. For example, the city of Alès is about 15 km / 15 minutes. The pool is heated with solar collectors. There are sun loungers ready for you! The campsite is accessible to disabled people for campsitepitches, and has an equipped sanitary.

Our restaurant has limited opening hours outside the high season, but there is a restaurant about 200 meters from the campsite and a bar/restaurant about 250 meters.

We have a spacious playground for the children, trampoline, climbing frame with slides, football goals, a table tennis table, and a jeu de boules court. From a number of places you have a view of this lower playground.

In short: a smoke-free campsite in a beautiful location in nature, a nice playground for children, but close to a village, towns and cultural excursions in the area, a healthy place to get away from it all, to enjoy your holiday !
